Note that Mr. Clinton directly attacks “the right wingers”, Fox News and Chris Wallace. Clinton says that Wallace came after him for the interview under false pretenses. I have to give Chris Wallace credit. Even though he is on “Fox News” he is one of the very few journalists who dare to ask former President Clinton the questions that most in the MSM will not dare to touch. Now we know why.

Others: Hot Air has an edited clip with transcript as well. The hot air video is a good edit that captures some other parts of the interview that I didn’t include. Together they give a pretty comprehensive picture of the efforts to preserve the Clinton legacy at all costs and present the left’s view that the Republicans are simply fear mongering to stay in power. Both of those topics, Clinton’s legacy and the fear mongering screed contain the sort of embellishment that fuels the left’s angst and anger.

The Anchoress agrees with Captain Ed over at Captian Quarters (both great reads) both of whom note that it is not true that “right wingers” didn’t support Clinton’s attempt to get Bin Laden. Revisionist history is key Democrat delusions.

First, before I get into the Clinton interview, let me say that I watched a lot of the talk shows and the other news stories that were playing throughout the day on this. Besides the usual things, the one thing that stuck with me is Chris Wallace hims…
I just wrote YouTube an email asking for an explanation of why everybody else’s videos were taken down, yet there are two remain - and lo and behold, they just happen to be the ones with over a half million views each. But their content is exactly the same as everyone else’s, so why are their videos allowed to remain even today? Has anybody heard anything about this?

I contacted both YouTube and Fox News but have yet to get a response. The two videos they are referring to are the ones that are references by slate magazine and the NY Post article this morning. Sharing and embedding is available on both of them.
I am waiting to hear back from Fox before I embed the current YouTube video. Hopefully they will respond this morning.
