Moonbat Rants of the Day

The left continues to ramp up their alarmist rhetoric on everything from the cut and run that isn’t a cut and run to legal yet secret BushCo sifting of bank data. There is so much idiocy out there that I decided to do a rundown of the topics that is fueling the flames of liberal dissent.
Story of the Day - NY Times Leak of the Week
Leaking national defense secrets has somehow become a line item on the MSM reporting check list.
The New York Times editors believe they have a hot one with a 10 page “public interest” report called “Bank Data Secretly Reviewed by U.S. to Fight Terror”. Apparently the staff of the New York Times chose to ignore their own reports that demonstrate the success of such programs. Of course these programs will never be successful again.
Good job Bill Keller Walker Lindh. See Michelle Malkin for a complete rundown on this topic.
DNC - How to Impeach a President Teach In
The DNC helped launch the national “Articles of Impeachment against George W. Bush” Teach In on June 19th.
Get your Action Kit today and host your own teach in. The Action kit is rumored to come with autographed copies of Fahrenheit 911, deluxe quality Groucho glasses, dreadlock extensions, crayons and a free subscription to Al Jazeera Select.
IndyMedia - A Victim in Every Story
IndyMedia is upset that their occupation of a Los Angeles privately owned garden has been cut short by bulldozers. Proving that the left can’t make a valid argument without conjuring up some sort of victim the IndyBats actually tied Rodney King and Walmart into this story!
The farm, which had been started on property taken from developers under eminent domain laws after the 1992 popular uprising following the videotaped police beating of Rodney King, and which provided healthy food for over three hundred and fifty families as well as an ecologically sustainable model for building urban economy and community with dignity in the midst of poverty, was destroyed by bulldozers today to make way for the construction of commercial warehouses serving the (activists speculate that Wal-Mart maybe the primary intended beneficiary.)
Daily Kos - Self Loathing, Anti-Corporate Platitudes
The libs are feeling a bit sorry for themselves over at the Daily Kos. Half the articles admonish the mainstream media for branding the Democrat Party as divided, without a plan and in disarray. Yeah, like the MSM put the words into the mouths of Durbin, Kerry, Boxer, Reid, Pelosi and crew. If anything the MSM has been trying to protect these people from themselves.
The Koser’s do take a break from fantasy to focus on the real problem with America.
Liars and thieves rule this country we love, and profit from our affliction. Our taxpayer dollars are used to bludgeon us into submission to corporate overlords, our courts are becoming the temples of theocrats, and our laws are little more than scraps of paper to be ignored into oblivion by George W. Bush.
Deep.
Cannes Film Festival - Got a Future?
Finally, the Cannes Film Festival is launching a new ad campaign theme in the same vein as “Got Milk?” The prevailing theme of this year’s Cannes Ad Festival is: “Got a Future?”
The panelists who helped come up with this innovative idea are none other than Arianna Huffington, Martin Sheen and Michael Patrick King. We can’t wait to see the next SUV for Terrorists ad.
This is it for this edition of Moonbat Rants of the Day. Have a great weekend.
