Impotent AP Tries to Slam Giuliani for “Attack Ad” on Clinton

The AP has taken up the dual cause of defending both Hilary Clinton and MoveOn.org in response to a full page ad and related video from Rudy Giuliani that criticized both liberal causes for their attack on General Petraeus.

The AP is following the same pattern that most of the pathetic anti-war losers in the mainstream media have been doing by using the New York Times ad and any subsequent criticism to repeatedly restate the context of the ad and give MoveOn director Eli Pariser a platform to spew more of George Soros’ paid for ideas.

The latest article by head writer Libby Quaid actually took the collective brainpower of two other writers before it became the Rudy Giuliani attack ad that it is. The first six paragraphs of the article were dedicated not to the subject of the title, Giuliani Attacks Clinton in Campaign Ad, but instead to explaining once again the Betray Us ad interspersed with its own attack on Giuliani’s time with the Iraq Study Group. Which of course underscores the stupidity of both the AP and MoveOn because the ISG report said nothing about surrendering to the terrorist and in fact called for the change of course that General Petraeus was implementing.

BTW, do you know what the reason is that Slate magazine gave for Rudy dropping out of the group? Money. Giuliani said he quit because he was planning to run for the Presidency and that he wouldn’t appear objective. This would also explain the need for money. Slate magazine writers and MoveOn seem pretty eager to follow the money unless of course it is tied to corrupt foreign nationals who are mysteriously financed by unknown sources. Then mum’s the word!.

The AP also took the opportunity to recite MoveOn’s follow up ad against Giuliani. I’m not going to repeat any of that garbage here because neither the ads nor the AP are that relevant.

Speaking of sycophantic political cross dressers, Hillary Clinton responded to Giuliani as well,

Responding Friday to Giuliani’s criticism of Clinton, Clinton campaign spokesman Phil Singer said, “Instead of distorting Senator Clintons record in the campaign’s first attack ad, the mayor should tell voters why he thinks sticking with the Bush Iraq strategy makes sense.”

“The country wants change, and while Hillary Clinton is focused on ending the war, Mayor Giuliani is playing politics,” Singer said.

There you go, Hillary goes to the Democrat play book; she would never play politics. Please, give me a break. Perhaps Clinton could explain to us why losing the war in Iraq is a Democrat strategy. Watch the Guiliani ad and determine for yourself who is distorting the record. It’s pretty clear.

As for the mainstream media their are two camps covering politics, objective fact driven outlets and scum bucket activists who hide behind a limited set of cherry picked facts that are usually out of context if related at all. Which one do you think the AP is?
