Hillary Care Might Return

Hillary Clinton, who has been running for the 2008 Presidency while denying what is so blatantly obvious that Stevie Wonder can see it, has described an aggressive agenda which includes the resurrection of universal health care. Hillary and the rest of the donks do not understand there is no Constitutional authority to provide such services to everyone but they never let the Constitution stop them from spending money illegally. It is the Liberal Utopian idea that the wealthy (read that as anyone who pays taxes) should pay for the items in life that others can not afford. Perhaps these folks should just be like the ILLEGAL aliens and go to the Emergency Room and not pay for the care.
Health care is available and the system we have, while not perfect, is a hell of a lot better than the one the libs like to point to, the one in Canada. Canada has such poor health care delivery that wealthy people come to the United States to get care for serious illness. People in the US want to adopt a government run system that would guarantee long waits and no choices. The US military already has a system just like it which is run by, the government. Ineffective with long waits and very few choices in who to see for treatment or what drugs are available for treatment.
I have never seen a person denied emergent care. Sure, they were billed later for the care, but at least they are alive to pay the bill. They can do what they do when they buy a car, or other major item, pay for it on time. Most institutions will allow people to pay over time. It is their bill, they should pay it. But, the libs would have the rest of us pay it. They will tell you that evil pharmaceutical companies and greedy doctors are responsible when the fact is their trial lawyer friends have caused the cost of health care to sky rocket.
Lawyers like John Edwards sue for everything. Somewhere around nineteen out of every twenty dollars spent on research is for litigation and juries routinely award huge sums for malpractice causing the insurance rates to be so restrictive that many doctors are leaving their practices. The sue happy country in which we live has caused the problems with the cost of health care.
