Filibuster busted. Kerry looks foolish. So what else is new?

Okay, so I’m exaggerrating. The Supreme Court has always been rational. Well, almost always. I don’t think anyone can defend the rationality of Roe v. Wade, though the rationalizations by the Court were impressive. I mean, anytime a Supreme Court decides that a human right emanates from the penumbra of the constitution, you’ve got to hand it to them. For all you lib-fasci-crats out there, a penumbra is a shadow, like in that old song “Me and my Penumbra, strolling down the avenue…”
