Dealing with Fanatic Libs

In yesterday’s press briefing, White House spokesman Scott McClellan showed us the proper way to deal with today’s unhinged liberals. One reporter asked if the recent hunting accident would cause VP Cheney to look differently at the members of our military who are being asked to shoot people. Without missing a beat, McClellan responded (I don’t have a transcript of the exchange, so I’ll paraphrase as accurately as possible):
“It’s absurd to look at things the way you just suggested.”
And with that he moved to the next question.
We need to take the same approach to other ridiculous comments that keep coming from the left. A great example of this are the moronic comments made by Bryant Gumbel earlier this week. While discussing the Winter Olympics, Gumbel opined that the lack of blacks participating makes “the Winter Games look like a GOP convention”.
