I know that the “democrat” and “demagogue” come from the same root word, but Barack Hussein Obama goes way too far in that regard, and last night’s infomercial was no exception. The first half was all Oprah, leaving me to ask why must the libs portray our country as endless parade of victims, desperately waiting [...]

Traditionally, Americans conceived of taxes as a way in which citizens paid for basic government services that benefited all (such as defense, infrastructure, etc.). With socialism, the notion arose that the government was to take from the rich (as defined by the government) and give to the poor (as defined by the government). Since the [...]

Ahhh, I love this.
According to the polls,Code Pink poster boy and abscam crook Jack Murtha is trailing badly in the polls against the challenger for his House seat, ex-Lt. Colonel Bill Russel.
One poll shows Russel ahead 48-45, another more recent one shows him ahead 48-35.
It would be poetic justice for this creep to get beaten [...]

One of the key talking points coming from Democrats and the Obama campaign is that he will cut taxes for 95% of the Americans. Apparently about 40% of Americans are too stupid or too biased to care that this is a lie. What he claims is impossible since only between 60% and 70% of Americans [...]

The Obama supporters (liars) in the mainstream media have been reporting that the race is over, Obama is going to win in a landslide.
How do they spin the latest Gallup poll?
These results, based on Oct. 9-11 polling, represent a narrowing of Obama’s lead over McCain. Obama led by double-digits for three consecutive days last week, [...]

Bookworm linked up an article from Watcher of Weasel Council member Cheat-Seeking Missiles that discusses yet another radical from Barack Obama’s realm of friends and family. This time it is Kenyan opposition leader Raila Odinga, Obama’s first cousin according to a BBC report. He is also the failed Presidential candidate for Kenya that ran on [...]

FARK thread here.
And at this point, I’m gonna give it to Mr. Blather 2008-10-04 01:28:59 AM. Maybe someone will come up with a better one, but at this point that takes the prize.

America is a glutton for punishment. We insist on ignoring the lessons of history and are doomed to repeat it. The thing that disturbs me the most about the massive bailout/rescue bill is the idea that the government can be relied upon in any capacity to ensure your well-being, when in reality the only thing [...]

Update: I fricken knew it. I bet this was planned all along. I should have known that when the legislation bloated from 3 pages to 451 pages that this would be another opportunity for the Senate to reward special interests and bog it down with pork.
Q: If the need for the bailout is so dire [...]
