Our Flemish correspondent VH writes:
( Discuss at Gates Of Vienna)
Only a few days after the D-Day WWII memorials, concerning which the Dutch blog GeenStijl paid tribute to American soldiers with an impressive photo-series, it has been made public that there will be a President Ronald Reagan memorial in London as tribute to freedom and the [...]

Even my kids have figured out that the best negotiation is one in which you negotiate in good will from a position of strength. Barack Obama probably agrees with this principle, but it’s becoming obvious that he’s misidentified the source of America’s strength in any negotiation. When presidents from prior administrations (excepting Carter, of course) [...]

Abdul Wahid Pedersen is a prominent Danish convert to Islam, and has been a controversial figure in the Danish media for quite some time. The latest uproar concerns an interview in which Mr. Pedersen refused to condemn stoning as a punishment, and the resulting reactions by politicians and in the media.
One thing you’ll notice in [...]

Bat Ye’or has written an article for today’s National Review Online. Some excerpts are below:
Geert Wilders and the Fight for Europe
Britain has just witnessed the spectacle of a duly elected parliamentarian from another EU country, Geert Wilders of the Netherlands, being denied entry to the country because he constituted “a threat to public policy.” Wilders, [...]

The war in Gaza may be over (for now), but violent anti-Jewish sentiment in Europe continues. Our Flemish correspondent VH has compiled and translated material from Dutch-language sources about a shooting attack on a Jewish center near Amsterdam.

The Amsterdam appellate court has ruled that Dutch MP Geert Wilders must stand trial for ‘anti-Islam comments’ in his film “Fitna”.
The court overruled the public prosecutor who had declined to prosecute Wilders, whose film “Fitna” urged Muslims to tear out “hate-filled” verses from the Koran.
“The Amsterdam appeals court has ordered the prosecution of member of [...]

Last weekend we posted Ted Ekeroth’s video of the appalling behavior of pro-Hamas demonstrators in Copenhagen. Were it not for the internet, the mainstream media in Denmark and elsewhere would almost certainly have ignored the incident and dropped it down the memory hole. But the dedicated efforts of Ted and other volunteers like him drew [...]

A blond girl is raped by two North Africans in a busy railway station. Nobody stops to help. Nobody. Disgusting.
The article gets translated by Google, so please be kind with the language mish-mash.
It was June 12. “My daughter was returning from Waterloo. It was 21 h. At its exit from the train, she headed to [...]

Misha unleashes his righteous anger upon a blue-blood European pinhead deploring the barbarism of our country in killing those who would & have killed others.
Not to mention that we simply cannot resist digging out the ClueBat of DoomTM when it’s an effeminate Brit-twit lecturing us on the subject. How ’bout you pull the beam out [...]

The CDC did a study about teen sexuality. Here’s how The Telegraph, a leading British news paper spun it:
American teenagers are having less sex, doing fewer drugs and drinking less alcohol than those who grew up in the 1990s, according to a new study.
Amid growing concern about teenage behaviour in Britain, the report by [...]
