A group of 40 Muslims returning from Mecca were denied admittance to an airplane because they failed to check in at least an hour before the flight. The group believed they were checked through and some did not have the proper luggage tags. They were accommodated on other flights.

The airline apologized for the problem but that is not good enough for the terrorists at the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). They said the apology was welcome but they wanted an investigation and compensation for the people. So, let’s get this straight, a group of people fails to follow the proper procedures to board an aircraft and they need an apology and compensation? This is absolutely stupid and if Northwest Airlines allows this to happen they deserve to go bankrupt and be out of business. As far as I am concerned the apology, while nice, was not required. Since when is it necessary to apologize for someone else’s error?

The January 7 incident was taken up by the Council on American-Islamic Relations, which welcomed the airline’s apology, but said the group wanted clarification and compensation.

“Northwest has not taken full responsibility,” said Dawud Walid, Michigan director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, who said he will meet this week with airline representatives. al-Reuters

This is another in a series of events designed to soften America to everything Muslim. Imams who act like terrorists are removed from a plane and all of TSA has to go through sensitivity training. Muslims returning from Hajj screw up and the Muslims terrorist group CAIR wants them to be compensated and the event investigated. CAIR said that Northwest has not accepted full responsibility and my question is, why should they? Northwest did nothing wrong. The Muslims who were traveling have not accepted full responsibility for their inability to follow procedures. This whole event is one more item for CAIR to force the idea that Muslims never make mistakes and whenever they say or do something the rest of America needs to accept it as fact.
