The buzz this morning is that Jane Felix-Browne, a 51 year old who suffers from multiple-sclerosis, has wed Omar Bin Laden, the fourth son of Osama Bin Laden.

It is being reported that she met Omar in Egypt and she was in Egypt to receive treatment for her illness.

The media has said that “this would be her sixth marriage, and she has three children by previous marriages. It would be Omar bin Laden’s second marriage.” This would lead me to believe that both individuals are divorced or widowed, however according to the Anorak, a British tabloid, this is Omar’s third marriage, he is living with his second wife and their one child.

Omar lives in Saudi Arabia with his second wife (not Jane) and their one child.

I’m not exactly sure what the real story is; is Jane his second wife or his third wife? Is he making himself a harem or isn’t he?

I also find it is interesting that a British woman would want to live this lifestyle on both fronts. If he is starting a harem, I find it bizarre that any western woman would want to be in this situation and if he is not starting a harem just living in Saudi Arabia alone is enough to make me scratch my head. We all know that Saudi Arabia has a very warped view of women and I find it surprising that a westernized woman would want to engage in this sort of life, even if it is just part-time.

Well, hopefully she is correct when she said that the “son isn’t the father” and I hope that she lives the rest of her life happy, although my initial thinking is that there is something wrong with her and I do not mean her multiple-sclerosis.
