ALL-TIME LOWEST DEMOCRATIC ATTACKS

If you want to skip ahead to a list of all time lowest Democratic attacks click here.
I saw an article on widget box by one of those Gladys Kravitz type bloggers that is out flailing her hands in consternation because conservative pundit Brad Blakeman shot back at charges about the cost of Palin’s wardrobe with the following:
“Taking a 767 campaign plane to go visit Grandma. Forget about the energy that is wasted, what about the hundreds of thousands of dollars to take a private trip when this guy should be humping his bags on a commercial plane or taking a smaller plane. Taking a 767 of campaign money from people who could least afford it is more of an outrage in my opinion.”
First let’s dispense of the lie. This is how blogger Sauda framed it. “ALL-TIME LOWEST REPUBLICAN ATTACK: Obama Criticized for Visiting Gravely Ill Grandmother“. (politics aside, right Sauda?)
Ah no. There wasn’t a single point in his statement where Blakeman ever criticized Obama for visiting his grandmother. Not one. So you can stuff that argument.
Second Blakeman makes a valid criticism. You mean to tell me that “The One” and his campaign do not have access to a posh private jet and needed a 767 for this trip? It took him days to “rush to her side” and was actually promulgated in the press way ahead of time so I think he had time to make arrangements. For the record, a Luxury Learjet 60 (pictured here) has a range of 2,800 miles, the distance from the U.S. to Hawaii is 1625 miles. The campaign could have used something smaller.
Third, why should Barack Obama be allowed to use campaign funds to pay for a private trip? Us peasants, and even Sarah Palin would have been burned at the stake for doing so. Doubt me? Here is an article criticizing Palin, the mother, for having her children travel with her while she was on the job. Spare me the double standard.
Clue, you are starting at a disadvantage if you are using Keith Olbermann, David Schuster and Air America to present an argument for you.
Here’s the real problem. Any valid criticism or opinion concerning Barack Obama is met by screaming liberal denunciation and framed as a Republican attack.
So while we are on the subject of all time lowest attacks let’s look at some examples.
Real Life All Time Lowest Attacks (2008 edition)
Michelle Malkin did a nice roundup, FOR STARTERS
Sandra Bernhard hoping that Sarah Palin gets gang raped by a bunch of black guys.
Life on the Low Side, in Pictures: (credit Malkin)
This is self-admitted insane rage: Why Sarah Palin Incites Near-Violent Rage In Normally Reasonable Women.
Screams of racism in response to any valid question concerning Barack Obama’s policies:
If you are to listen to the left we have learned that Joe the Plumber somehow tricked Barack Obama into saying that he would take the Marxist approach to the economy and “spread the wealth around“; otherwise known as “trickle up poverty” (credit Savage). Joe the Plumber has been castrated by the left in the sort of political attack against a private citizen that would have made Stalin proud. BTW, there is an ongoing criminal investigation to determine if the Ohio Attorney General or government workers in the office used state computers to access and disseminate legally confidential information concerning private citizen, Joe the Plumber. Nice. This is an all time low; an attack on the most sacred of American rights, privacy, free speech and the right to both of those without fear of government sanctioned persecution. (h/t Hot Air, Wizbang, Morning Joe)
This brought out the dreaded s-word as people started asking if Barack obama, who was mentored by Communist Party USA member Frank Marshall Davis and was a member of the Illinois New Socialist Party, was really a socialist in disguise.
A typical response was that as seen in the Kansas city Star, taking a page out of The American Prospect, claiming that “socialist” is a code word for “black”, i.e. racism. In other words, all you whiteys out there daring to ask a valid question concerning Obama’s spread the wealth message should now consider yourselves racists.
Not low enough?
Why not Stone Palin old school style?
Or wear a shirt calling her a cunt?

Or get all mob like when McCain supporters march in Manhattan.
How about this gun wielding libby message, pointing a rifle at an image of Palin and her daughter:

Do I have to note more or is the left embarrassed enough because I can go on all day.
Let’s continue:
Questioning Barack Obama about his relationship with unrepentant terrorists (s as in plural) Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dorhn is raaacisst.
Same style smear was leveled at John McCain by civil rights leader John Lewis.
Western Pennsylvania voters that aren’t voting for Obama are racists according to Jack Murtha.
Sarah Palin attacked for neglecting Downs Syndrome Baby by running for office, attacked for not aborting the child while 90% of others do, for not announcing to the world that the child was handicapped, and yes, sadly, that the baby was really her daughter’s child even though her daughter is currently pregnant.
One last note. Those of you that want to display fake outrage over Palin’s wardrobe might want to take a look at the Obama campaigns fraudulent credit card donation scheme. It was set up so that even a foreign terrorist could contribute without a single check preventing the fraud. (And no, nobody knows if in fact foreign terrorists are making donations to Obama. The point is that the web site anti-fraud safety checks were removed from Obama’s site, thus allowing anyone to contribute using fake names, aliases and even credit cards issued from foreign banks; a sure set up designed to attract fraud.)
There are manufactured things to worry about and there are real ones, make a choice.

Right on.
[Frank] Rich’s use of the term “Weimar-like rage,” ironically in a column decrying Republican scare tactics, is but one example of the left’s careless usage of Nazi allegories to describe people and policies they don’t like. Since 9/11, major anti-war rallies have included people holding signs and puppets comparing President Bush to Adolf Hitler. Leftist writer Naomi Wolf, who has expressed fears that the feds were monitoring her children’s letters from summer camp, recently published a book titled, “The End of America,” which likens the Bush administration to a fascist junta.
Pat Buchanan had a good piece asking how the libs would act if SNL treated Michelle Obama the way it treats Palin. It is a good point. Palin is treated like a bubble head and that is fine, SNL has picked on politicians from both parties over the years. However, this year they said that Todd Palin had sex with his daughters and that was over the line.
But how would the libs react if MO were portrayed as a radical black woman who has never been proud of America? How would the Obamabots act if SNL used her words against her to parody her with the vigor they are going after Palin?
You would once again hear the word racist. It would be another chance for Murtha to tell us that he meant the rednecks were racists so they would not vote for Obama.
How about, if you don’t vote for him it is because you don’t like his Communistic ways?
As for his granny, if it were that important he would have gone sooner and he would have stayed longer. He threw his white grandmother under the bus early on. I would not fault him for visiting but to use the campaign plane…
Let’s not forget this:
The surprises from Barack Obama, it seems, are unrelenting.
After our historic Presidential election, here is some BREAKING NEWS regarding Barack Hussein Obama that may shock you. After you discover this secret of Obama’s (text and photographic evidence included), please share the information with friends and family.
The clock is ticking. The truth must be told!
